It was always nice to see their cousins, as Alaska hadn't offered much visitation when the opposite family decided to delve into lives of teenagers and valued occupations. Their own agendas and concerns on ensuring there hadn't been much notice of their ages, but that didn't mean Kate didn't miss the Cullen family. She did. Their covens were similar. "Rosalie," she greeted as she approached the fellow vegetarian vampire, a smile upon perfect features. "As always, it's wonderful to see you. How have you been?" she extended her hand, grabbing onto the other's as a means to further the kindness and greeting.

It was understandable if any of the Cullen's might've been apprehensive towards her family given Irina's betrayal, but Kate was grateful for Rose's kindness towards the greeting. She was beautiful, Rosalie. An eternal beauty that Kate admired so dearly. "It has been a while, hasn't it?" she repeated, considering the years it has been. "I'm trying. I got lucky— Garrett's here and I found him almost instantly. Is Emmett here?"

rosalie gave the other a smile when seeing her. "kate." she greeted, a warmer welcome than she typically gave anyone. she liked the denali's. some of them anyway. the other sisters had fought with the cullens when they needed them. irina was still not someone she forgave. "i've been alright. it's been a while since i've seen you, are you settling in?"
